The check-in instructions clearly said a staff member would meet us, but no one ever showed up. We spent a long time wandering around trying to find our room and figure out how to open the door ourselves. Even worse, after 11 PM, other guests who hadn’t been able to check in started knocking on our door, clearly confused and frustrated just like we were. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff's incompetence and attitude seriously ruined part of our trip. Absolutely unacceptable.
