Completely ruined the start of my trip – totally irresponsible hotel
I arrived during the time the staff was supposed to be available, but there was no one at the property. No staff, no response on the phone — I waited and tried for more than an hour to check in but couldn’t get in.
I even called Agoda’s support team and tried everything possible, but no one could help. In the end, I had to spend the entire first night of my trip sleeping at the airport. I was exhausted, and my schedule the next day was completely ruined.
My booking was clearly for October 18–19, but as you can see in the screenshot, the hotel messaged me on the 20th. It’s obvious they mixed up the date. However, they never apologized and refused to give any refund.
This was a terrible and irresponsible experience. The owner ruined someone’s trip and still avoids any accountability.
If you don’t want your trip to be ruined like mine, please don’t book this place.
