I am writing this review to share my terrible experience at Ohmyloft Valencia. I have attached photos to prove my points.
1. Rude and Deceptive Staff (See screenshot): This is the most critical issue. On the second day, I asked for extra towels. As you can see in the attached screenshot, the staff explicitly messaged me: "Yes, come to reception and we'll give them to you, no problem." However, when I arrived at the office, the staff member suddenly changed their attitude. Instead of giving me the towels, they humiliated me by asking, "Do you use this many towels at home with your family?" They made me walk all the way to the office just to insult me, despite promising "no problem" in the message. This represents a complete lack of respect for guests.
2. Check-in Nightmare: The online pre-check-in link did not work. Upon arrival, the office was empty. I had to get help from a kind passerby to find the office number online and call them. Only then did someone show up.
3. Water Leakage (See ceiling photo): The room is a duplex. When we used the upstairs shower, water leaked through the ceiling (photo attached) into the downstairs bathroom. Because of this leak, we had to use up all our towels to wipe the floor.
4. Malfunctioning Appliance (See dishwasher photo): The dishwasher (photo attached) made loud noises even when turned off, making it very difficult to sleep.
Do not be fooled by their messages. I strongly do not recommend this place.
