※ 예) 11월 7일 (토) 2:00PM 공연을 팬클럽 선예매에서 2매 구매한 경우, 일반예매에서는 해당 회차를 2매까지 추가 구매할 수 있습니다. 팬클럽 선예매에서 구매하지 않은 다른 회차는 각 4매까지 구매할 수 있습니다.
▷ 일반예매는 팬클럽 선예매 진행 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

▷ 휠체어석은 객석 2층 뒤편 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어 이용자에 한해 예매 가능하며, 복지카드를 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 예매가 불가합니다.
▷ 휠체어석은 휠체어 이용 관객 본인 1매와 동반인 1매를 포함하여 회차당 최대 2매까지 예매할 수 있습니다. 동반인도 반드시 티켓을 예매해야 입장할 수 있으며, 동반인에게는 간이 의자를 제공합니다.
▷ 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 보호자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.

Members who purchase tickets through the Fanclub Presale may also purchase additional tickets during the General Sale within the ticket purchase limit. (The companion is not required to be a KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB member.)
▷ For global reservations, bank transfer payment is not available. Payment can only be made with credit cards issued overseas.
▷ Even if you have completed the Fanclub Presale Verification, you will only be able to purchase tickets through the General Sale after the Fanclub Presale period has ended. Please make sure to check the verification and presale periods carefully. The responsibility for any disadvantages caused by failure to complete verification or ticket reservation within the designated period lies solely with the individual, and the presenter, organizer, and ticketing platform will not be held responsible.

[General Sale]

▷ The General Sale will be held only for remaining seats after the Fanclub Presale. If all seats are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for purchase when the General Sale opens.

[Wheelchair Accessible Seats]

▷ For global customers, Wheelchair Accessible Seats can only be reserved via email through the NOL World Customer Center ([email protected]).
▷ Wheelchair seating is located in a designated area without fixed seats at the rear of the 2F seating area and is available exclusively to wheelchair users. Even if you hold a disability registration card (or welfare card), you will not be eligible to reserve Wheelchair Accessible Seats unless you use a wheelchair.
▷ Up to 2 tickets for Wheelchair Accessible Seats may be reserved per show, including one ticket for the wheelchair user and one ticket for a companion. The companion must also purchase a ticket to enter the venue. A temporary chair will be provided for the companion.
▷ Wheelchair Accessible Seats may only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card (or welfare card) matches the reservation holder’s name. If the names do not match, admission will be denied to both the reservation holder and their companion.
▷ Tickets for Wheelchair Accessible Seats are available for on-site pickup only on the day of the show. To collect your ticket, you must present the reservation holder’s original photo ID and disability registration card (or welfare card). If you fail to present the required documents, you will not be able to collect your ticket or use the Wheelchair Accessible Seat.
▷ Relocation of Wheelchair Accessible Seats is not allowed during the show. If the wheelchair user decides to leave the venue during the show due to personal reasons, their companion must leave together as companions are not allowed to remain in the Wheelchair Accessible Seat area alone.

▷ 「KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB」会員の方は、指定期間内にNOL World内の『2026 KO1KEYZ 1ST FAN MEETING IN SEOUL』予約ページにて、Plus member IDおよび生年月日8桁（YYYYMMDD）を入力し、Fanclub先行販売認証を完了してください。Fanclub先行販売に参加するためには、必ず指定期間内にFanclub先行販売認証を完了してください。
▷ Plus member IDとは、「KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB」入会後に発行されるEからはじまる12桁または13桁のIDを指します。Plus member IDは、「KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB」にログイン後、MY PAGE内「会員情報の確認・変更」ページにてご確認いただけます。

▷ 韓国語予約ページ（NOL）でFanclub先行販売認証を完了された場合、韓国語予約ページ（NOL）からのみFanclub先行販売にご参加いただけます。グローバル予約ページ（NOL World）でFanclub先行販売認証を完了された場合、グローバル予約ページ（NOL World）からのみFanclub先行販売にご参加いただけます。
▷ Fanclub先行販売に使用するPlus member IDは、ご本人名義のNOL World ID 1つにつき1件のみ認証可能であり、重複認証はできません。
▷ 一度認証されたPlus member IDは、変更・取消・再使用ができません。また、NOL Worldを退会後、再度会員登録をされた場合でも、同じ情報での再認証はできません。
▷ Fanclub先行販売で購入されたチケットは、公演当日まで有効な会員資格を維持している場合に限り、ご入場いただけます。会員資格によるFanclub先行販売認証が確認された後は、Fanclub会員資格の取消および払い戻しはできません。
▷ Fanclub先行販売認証の際にエラーが発生した場合は、NOL Worldカスタマーセンター（[email protected]）までお問い合わせください。

STEP 3. Fanclub先行販売
▷ Fanclub先行販売期間：2026年9月2日（水）20:00 ～ 23:59:59（KST）
▷ Fanclub先行販売は、2026年9月2日（水）23:59:59（KST）までNOL WorldにてFanclub先行販売認証を完了された「KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB」会員の方のみご利用いただけます。
▷ Fanclub先行販売では、お一人様各公演2枚まで購入可能です。Fanclub先行販売でチケットを購入された会員も、一般販売時に購入可能枚数の上限内で追加購入いただけます。（同行者様は、KO1KEYZ OFFICIAL FANCLUB会員である必要はございません。）
▷ グローバル予約の場合、銀行振込でのお支払いはご利用いただけません。海外発行のクレジットカードでのみお支払いいただけます。
▷ Fanclub先行販売認証を完了されている場合でも、Fanclub先行販売期間終了後は先行販売はできません。一般販売でのチケット購入は可能です。認証期間および先行販売期間を必ずご確認ください。指定期間内に認証またはチケット予約を完了されなかったことにより発生する不利益については、ご本人の責任となり、主催・主管社・チケット販売会社は一切責任を負いません。

[一般販売]
▷ 一般販売期間：2026年9月3日（木）20:00（KST）～
▷ 一般販売では、お一人様各公演4枚まで購入可能です。（Fanclub先行販売の枚数を含む）
※ 例：Fanclub先行販売で11月7日（土） 14:00公演のチケットを2枚購入した場合、一般販売では同公演のチケットを追加で2枚まで購入できます。Fanclub先行販売で購入していない他の公演については、各公演4枚まで購入可能です。
▷ 一般販売は、Fanclub先行販売終了後の残席を対象に実施されます。Fanclub先行販売にて全席完売となった場合、一般販売開始時に購入可能な座席がない場合がございます。

[車椅子席]
▷ 車椅子席 Fanclub先行予約期間：2026年9月2日（水）9:00 ～ 18:00（KST）
▷ 車椅子席 一般予約期間：2026年9月3日（木）9:00（KST）～
▷ 海外のお客様の車椅子席は、NOL Worldカスタマーセンター（[email protected]）へのメールでのみご予約いただけます。
▷ 車椅子席は、客席2階後方の固定席が設置されていない専用エリアとなり、車椅子をご利用のお客様のみご利用いただけます。障害者登録証または福祉カードをお持ちの場合でも、車椅子をご利用でないお客様は車椅子席をご予約いただけません。
▷ 車椅子席は、車椅子をご利用のお客様ご本人と同伴者1名を含め、各公演2枚までご予約いただけます。同伴者もご入場にはチケットの購入が必要です。同伴者には簡易椅子をご用意いたします。
▷ 車椅子席は、障害者登録証または福祉カードに記載された氏名と予約者ご本人の氏名が一致する場合に限りご予約いただけます。氏名が一致しない場合、予約者および同伴者ともにご入場いただけません。
▷ 車椅子席のチケットは、公演当日、会場でのご本人確認後にのみお受け取りいただけます。チケットのお受け取りには、予約者ご本人の顔写真付き身分証明書および障害者登録証（または福祉カード）の原本をご持参ください。必要書類をご提示いただけない場合は、チケットのお受け取りおよび車椅子席のご利用はできません。
▷ 公演中の車椅子席の移動はできません。また、車椅子をご利用のお客様が個人的な理由により途中退場された場合は、同伴者の方のみで車椅子席エリアに残ってご観覧いただくことはできません。
