▷ 팬클럽 사전 인증은 ROY KIM 3RD OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘ROYROSE’ 가입 시 기입한 성명(신분증상의 성명, 외국인은 여권상의 영문명), 멤버십 번호가 일치해야 합니다.

▷ 팬클럽 선예매는 회당 1인 2매까지만 예매 가능합니다. 선예매를 통해 티켓을 구매하신 분들도 일반 예매 시 매수 제한 내에서 추가 구매가 가능합니다.
▷ 휠체어석 예매의 경우 본인 및 동반자를 포함하여 1인 2매까지 예매가 가능합니다.
▷ 무통장입금 결제 방식으로 예매하는 경우, 정해진 기간 내 미입금 시 예매가 자동으로 취소됩니다.

▷ 일반 예매는 팬클럽 선예매 후 잔여석에 한해 진행되며, 팬클럽 선예매 시 매진될 경우 일반 예매 오픈 시에 예매 가능한 좌석이 없을 수 있습니다.

▷ 휠체어석은 NOL 고객센터(1544-1555 / 운영시간 9:00AM~6:00PM(KST))를 통한 전화 예매만 가능하며, 결제 수단은 국내 발행 카드 및 무통장 입금만 가능합니다.
▷ 휠체어석의 경우, 장애인 등록증 또는 복지카드 상의 이름이 ‘예매자 본인’인 경우에만 예매 가능하며, 본인이 아닐 경우 예매자 및 동반자 1인 모두 입장이 불가능합니다.
▷ 휠체어석은 공연 당일 현장에서 본인 확인 후 티켓을 수령할 수 있습니다. 티켓 수령을 위해 예매자 본인의 실물 신분증 및 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 반드시 지참해야 하며, 미지참 시 티켓 수령 및 휠체어석 이용이 불가합니다.
▷ 휠체어석은 의자가 없는 공간으로 휠체어를 이용하는 관객만 이용 가능하며, 장애인 등록증(또는 복지카드)을 소지하고 계시더라도 휠체어를 이용하지 않는 관객은 이용 불가합니다.
▷ 공연 중 휠체어석 객석 이동은 불가하며, 휠체어석 관객이 개인 사정으로 공연 도중 관람을 포기하는 경우 휠체어 관객의 동반자 단독으로는 공연 관람이 불가한 점 양해 부탁드립니다.

▷ Each person may purchase up to 2 tickets per show through the Fanclub Presale. Members who purchase tickets through the Fanclub Presale may also purchase additional tickets during the General Sale within the ticket purchase limit.
▷ For global reservations, bank transfer payment is not available. Payment can only be made with credit cards issued overseas.
▷ Even if you have completed the Fanclub Presale Verification, you will only be able to purchase tickets through the General Sale after the Fanclub Presale period has ended. Please make sure to check the verification and presale periods carefully. The responsibility for any disadvantages caused by failure to complete verification or ticket reservation within the designated period lies solely with the individual, and the presenter, organizer, and ticketing platform will not be held responsible.

[General Sale]

▷ The General Sale will be held only for remaining seats after the Fanclub Presale. If all seats are sold out during the Fanclub Presale, there may be no seats available for purchase when the General Sale opens.

[Wheelchair Accessible Seats]
▷ Wheelchair Accessible Seats Fanclub Presale Period: September 16, 2026 (Wed) 10:00AM ~ 5:59:59PM (KST)
▷ Wheelchair Accessible Seats General Sale Period: September 17, 2026 (Thu) 10:00AM (KST) ~
▷ Wheelchair Accessible Seats can only be reserved via phone through the NOL Customer Center (+82-1544-1591 / 9:00AM~6:00PM (KST)). For non-Korean-speaking global customers, please contact the NOL World Customer Center through [My Account] > [Customer Support] on the NOL World website .
▷ Up to 2 tickets can be reserved for Wheelchair Accessible Seats per show, including the person using the wheelchair and one companion.
▷ Wheelchair Accessible Seats may only be reserved if the name on the disability registration card (or welfare card) matches the name of the ticket holder. If the ticket holder is not the registered cardholder, neither the ticket holder nor the companion will be allowed to enter the show.
▷ Tickets for Wheelchair Accessible Seats can be collected on-site on the day of the show after presenting the ticket holder’s original photo ID and disability registration card (or welfare card). You cannot receive tickets or use Wheelchair Accessible Seats if you fail to present eligible documents.
▷ Wheelchair Accessible Seats are designated areas without fixed chairs and are available only for audience members using wheelchairs. Even if you possess a disability registration card (or welfare card), you may not use Wheelchair Accessible Seats unless you are using a wheelchair.
▷ Relocation of Wheelchair Accessible Seats is not allowed during the show. If the wheelchair user decides to leave the venue during the show due to personal reasons, their companion must leave together as companions are not allowed to remain in the Wheelchair Accessible Seat area alone.
